Job Description and Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Service Technicians' and Plumbers' daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed.
• Provide logistical support to technicians and communicate with both employees and customers.
• Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in.
• Maintain the on-call and meeting schedule for service technicians and plumbers.
• Maintain a customer database with current information.
• Ensure clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers, including keeping customers apprised of the company schedule, requested time windows, and availability.
• Must be able to make judgment calls regarding the best plan of action for a particular job and oversee its implementation from beginning to end.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to work varying shifts, including early mornings and late evenings (primary hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm, and could vary)
